By accessing and using Copper Bee’s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. if you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Copper Bee reserves the right to change these conditions as it sees fit and your continued use of the site and services will signify your acceptance of any adjustments to these terms. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the site without any advance notice. 

Payment:

Payment will be taken, processed and transferred via SquareSpace and Paypal, inline with their privacy and data protection policies. Please also see our return and refund section. 

Processing:

Processing times of different items will vary. We aim to dispatch items within 3 days of an order being placed. Custom orders may require longer than this and this will be part of custom and commission discussions, prior to an order being placed. As a customer, you will be informed once your order has been dispatched, and we will inform you of any delays prior to dispatch. 

Postage: 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or delivery services. 

We will retain proof of postage for all services. Should an item go missing or fail to be delivered, we will seek remittence from the service provider which we will then pass on to you in part of full to comply with the specifics of your order. 

Returns and Refunds:

If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to help. We are unable to accept cancelations but I will accept exchanges and returns when:

  • you contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • items are dispatched (with proof of postage) within 14 days of delivery

Some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

  • items that have been commissioned

  • items that have been made to your specific requirements (outside of standard variations) and/ or personalised.

  • personal items for health and hygiene reasons. This includes but is not exclusive to pierced earrings.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty upon arrival. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us ).

A refund will be provided within 7 days of receipt of an item returned in its original condition. 

Intellectual property:

This website and all of its original content , features and functionality are owned by Copper Bee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or propriety rights laws. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from our website. You must not extract or otherwise use any of the content on the Site and/or Service for commercial or personal purposes. 

Privacy and Data Protection:

Copper Bee respects your privacy and treats data handling with care. We will comply with GDPR regulations. 

We will not transfer, duplicate or sell information accessed through this website, nor Square Space as a facilitator. Information will remain secure through SquareSpace. We will not store personal information in any other format and devices running our website are password protected.

We advise you read SquareSpace’s privacy policy also and do not use their/ our services if you are not happy with how your data will be used.
